Damage Waiver: As a service to our customers, a damage waiver will be included at 8% of the rental amount. Therefore, the customer will not be charged for accidental damage to rental equipment while under their care, custody, and control, up to a maximum of $200. Abuse, negligence, theft, or missing items are not included and will be the total responsibility of the customer.		Identification: We require a valid Indiana driver's license from the person signing the rental contract. Vehicle registration or credit card also required for larger equipment.
Overdue Equipment: Please return all equipment by the expiration time on the contract. If you find that you are going to need the equipment longer than expected, call us or come in to update the contract. This will make your rental experience more pleasant for both of us.		Payment Options: We accept cash and Visa /MasterCard /Discover/Amex credit cards. The rental charge plus a 50% deposit is taken in advance for the time period the customer anticipates using the equipment. Thirty day open accounts are available for established businesses. There is a $1,000 rental limit, per month on all new business accounts.
